I got the shirt altered from the sides.

I took it to a tailor shop.

These are my sister's clothes, and she is shifting out. So I got a few of her shirts and things.

These clothes are in perfect condition and don't fit her. so getting them repaired is good as I don't have to buy new ones and also the repair cost was minimal.
