There was an accidental water spillage so the laptop started slowing down and having a lot of issues.

They changed some of the components and had it cleaned. I did end up having it repaired again as it still had issues but this time at my authorized Asus service and it was also for free. I didn't know that it was still in warranty when I first gave it to the repairman.

Because I am a student and I saved up one year to buy this laptop before going to uni. All of my work and projects are there and I don't know how I would go on without it.

Because we should reduce our consumption of goods and start living more sustainably.
