What was repaired?

Some of it was missing, mainly wood replacing others parts needed repairing - metal restoring, beating, painting and upholstery.

How was it repaired?

It was all done by hand. I’m coming up 84, born in April 1938 and I repaired this in late 1970s. I still repair today virtually anything in metal or wood.

Why was it repaired?

For my own self satisfaction and pleasure. I have other Jowett cars and I really like how plain and simple they are and it’s the first car I cut my teeth on - meaning I drove.

Why is repair important?

I like a challenge - don’t want to be beaten and most of its hand done.
