Repair Acts – Ravi Agarwal

Artist, curator, researcher Repair Acts, International Network (2018-); Co-Lead on TALES OF CARE AND REPAIR (2020-201) Founding Director Toxics Link Ravi Agarwal work explores nature, ecology and their futures through photography, film, text and installation. In the mid-1990s, Agarwal co-founded the environmental NGO Toxics Link, whose work addresses the relationship between toxic substances, waste, environmental health and environmental justice, with particular attention to vulnerable and marginalised communities. Ravi and Toxics Links, were partners from the beginning of Repair Acts, participating in the first meeting (2018-2019) and with Gambiologia, collaborated Tales of Care and Repair (2020-2021). We continue to work intersecting topics relating to electronic waste, art and ecology.
