Jasmine Creusson, Artist & Chef

Growing up in rural France Jasmine learnt how to live off the land from an early age. As a visual artist and chef, she combines this knowledge with her artistic and culinary skills to create events food based events.

Over the last seven years Jasmine has worked in a number of professional kitchens including Terre a Terre, the acclaimed vegetarian restaurant and Birch who recently gained 34th position in the top fifty UK best restaurants this year. She currently lives and works in Bristol and is a resident at the Pervasive Media Studio.
