Repair Acts

Anna Mills is a BA Graphic Design student at the University of the West of England. Her final year work, playful explores the theme of repair, with a focus on the relationships between loss, ownership and efficiency. Addressing these topics through the lens of the ‘automatic’ and the ‘manual’, Anna draws on the language and aesthetics of code and digital processes, to create work that visualises issues relating to planned obsolescence and repair prevention.
